I noticed something in there as well, at the end, i dont think that the "Evil" which took arthas that appears is meant to be a Naruu in actuality, to me it seems to be more or less, the Spirit of Ner'Zhul, the Orc Warlock, and is pissed at arthas for breaking there deal.
