Baron Soosdon wants YOU! (LF model changes for a movie)

Greetings!

Once again I have this urge to make a movie about model changes. I have a couple of cool songs which desperately want to be machinimated to WoW world changes but as I lack those - I turn to you people.

And now comes something shocking - I may even include a plot or something that looks like it to the machinima. Or not, it just depends on how things play together with the music and the changes.

You can contact me via IRC (BaronSoosdon, Quakenet) or a private mail here. Before you send any MPQ's please include some preview pictures or videos.

The only request I have that the model changes themselves should be compatible with TBC WoW (pref. version 2.0.12 and up).

What I would really like to see is having the battlegrounds (AV, WSG, AB) turned into something totally new.

I will of course credit you in the movie (at least in the ending credits + Warcraftmovies description).

What I'm aiming for is something like Sunday Break (but even better of course!). The model changes need not be dark / evilish, the happyhappypuffyfluffyshiny-ones are welcome!

A bump with no shame!

I've gotten some sexy model changes for the movie, thanks to everyone who have contributed! I am still looking for more, in both happy & shiny + dark & evil categories.

In addition to model changes, I am also interested in custom weapons etc. Handguns and other things like that


But I've never seen many Outland / TBC model changes. If someone could cook up me one of those, I'll promise to sacrifice lots of murlocs for ya!

hmm interesting. i havent really posted here much but im an experienced model editor. if u have anything specific you are looking i would love to do an outlands edit.

As for Outlands, I think that Terokkar forest and Nagrand could be changed into something cool. I have no idea into what, but I'll let your creativity decide

I don't know if it's possible, but out of pure interest I would love to see custom models imported into a major area change.

In what little off time I have these days I've started up working on an edit that is Nagrand in a few 'seasons' or versions. I'm mainly using it as a test bed for something I haven't done much of and that's editing textures.

I've only done about a few hours of work on it so far, So it's nothing standout yet, but if I can get it to a point where I'm not ashamed of it...

In case you haven't read my blog, the movie is currently 11 min done. I haven't set a maximum length for it, but I'll do my best to stay around 20 minutes.

And I have a new idea, if someone is up for it! I haven't seen much instance changes in a while. Of all the instances, I think the good old Dire Maul could use some MC'ing love as it has quite a lot of outdoor stuff and all that jazz.
